Monsoons are coming to an end but we are seeing weird weather patterns - Thanks to Global Warming and nothing being done about it. I guess it will continue to rain for some more time...

As you enter Panjim City this is what you ll get to see. To your distant horizon are the water filled clouds disbursing their bits.
