Good Morning INDIA....... well this is what took my sleep away this morning. A raised peek out of my bed and this is what you get to see. Wasnt planning on an early rise but just jumped straight out of my bed, freshhhhhh...THE PJ style and may be if he was here, we would have been sipping some HOT Tea by now. ( Well PJ is a pal in Bangalore , India, who never fails to rise before 6:00 am no matter what time he sleeps... i envy him for his sleep cycle... and now he is getting married... i dont know how he is gonna manage both.)
Well cool sunrise, but I dont know when this would be gone for the concrete jungle thats shaping up on the next block. Have a great day India......

No clue how i started off this sunday. As usual had no plan in mind, headed off towards Anups mine. Still nothing concrete on the agenda. Drove off to the Western Ghats half way to Belgaum, where are our third partner Parag was loafing ( thats cos his parents were shopping and he had nothing to do). Half way up, we decided to turn back and head down. Well we did stop all along to capture the wilderness. Check out some of the pics below

We got down from the ghats and decided to have some bite at the Hotel Dudhsagar at Mollem. Had some Hot & Sour Soup and masala papad and headed towards ??? well i was not sure where we were heading, but Anup had made up his mind on Tambdi Surla Temple. And there we were again driving through the wildernes...
Got some pics of the Tambdi Surla temple.. Check em out...
Situated in West Goa, the Mahadeva Temple in Tambdi Surla is the state's only prominent reminder of the pre-Portuguese temple architecture. Maintained by the ASI (Archeological Survey of India), this 12th century temple boasts of some fine relief's on the 'Shikhara' (spire) depicting a plethora of gods and goddesses. It was built in the Yadava style of architecture with all the necessary parts, like Garbha Griha, Mukhamandapa, Mini-shrines, etc. and presents an extremely grand look. Do not miss the impressive carved wall near the entrance, and the chiselled monolith pillars.
How To Get There
By RoadThe temple site lies 69-km off Panaji, in the Sanguem Taluka at the feet of the Western Ghats and is accessible by four wheelers.
